What makes Stage 2 different?

Stage 2 is commonly used to describe tuning for a vehicle with supporting hardware upgrades. There is no universal Stage 2 specification. The required parts and calibration are assessed for your particular engine and intended use.

Tell us what has changed

Include the turbo, intake, intercooler, exhaust, clutch or gearbox upgrades and any previous mapping. Part numbers and existing diagnostic information help establish whether the setup is suitable.

Engine and transmission limits

The condition of the engine, clutch and transmission affects what can sensibly be requested from a calibration. Expected performance is discussed for the vehicle rather than advertised as a guaranteed gain.

Road and competition applications

Road-use vehicles must retain compliant emissions equipment. EGR and DPF delete combinations are handled as eligible off-road and competition enquiries only, with suitability assessed individually.

Stage 2 remapping: your questions

Is Stage 2 just a more powerful Stage 1 file?

No. Suitable hardware and mechanical condition must be assessed before selecting the calibration.

Do I need to buy parts first?

Discuss the vehicle and your goals before buying supporting parts. Hardware requirements depend on your setup.

How much does Stage 2 cost?

Send your vehicle details and modifications for a specific quote. Pricing and appointment details are agreed before booking.
